handicrafts+home skills : making pizzelles

pizzelles are our family's favorite cookie. they take just a minute to bake in the pizzelle iron, 
& the recipe is easily adaptable to lucy's gluten-free needs.

    Oh man, definitely my favourite cookie. I've got to track down an iron. What fun to use on our cookstove!
